Individual Therapy
Where tenderness meets courage.
A space to untangle what feels stuck and return to yourself.
Therapy services for Washington residents are expected to open July 2026.
If you're interested in working together, you're welcome to reach out to begin the conversation.
My Approach
Therapy with me is relational, depth-oriented, and grounded in the body. We pay attention to attachment patterns, nervous system responses, and the parts of you that learned to survive. Together, we gently untangle old dynamics while building new ways of relating — to yourself and to others. Over time, many people find they feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to move through life with clarity and choice.
How We Work
In our work together, we may:
Track nervous system responses in real time
Explore attachment patterns and relational history
Work with parts of you that hold fear, shame, or longing
Use structured tools when helpful (Parts-Informed, CBT-informed reflection, somatic tracking)
Move at a pace that honors both growth and safety
Who This Is For
This work may resonate if you:
Long for intimacy but feel guarded
Feel stuck in repeating relational patterns
Appear capable outwardly but carry private tenderness
Want growth without harshness
Are curious about healing through both depth and joy
